It is a 1/10th scale Motocompo Folding Scooter by petropixel. It was a folding scooter back in the 1980s that would fit in the back of a Honda City.
I ended up running out of the red starter plastic halfway through the print. I decided to just push another piece in right behind the other plastic. It worked out nicely and gives it 2 tones. Sadly the pop up seat was missing from the models. Maybe I will contact the creator to see if I can get that off him.
